A holistic way to support your health.
Let us show you how Nutritional Therapy can help you:
Debbie DeSimone, FNTP, RWS
Nutritional Therapy aims to support wellness through the use of traditional, properly prepared, nutrient-dense whole foods.
A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc., is trained to evaluate a client's individual nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies. We provide support and education as to how whole foods can support the body's natural ability to heal.
An FNTP makes bio-individual recommendations of dietary and lifestyle considerations and nutritional supplementation based on an in depth client interview, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, analysis of a client's food journal, and the unique goals of the client.
We use a foundational approach focusing on digestion, blood sugar balance, mineral balance, fatty acid balance, and hydration. Addressing these nutritional foundations for optimal health can help restore balance and offer support for challenges such as allergies, reflux, digestive issues, insomnia, inflammation, lack of focus, weight gain or loss, depression, anxiety and more.
*A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association and is trained to evaluate a client's nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify possible nutritional deficiencies. A Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is not trained to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical conditions, illness, injury, or disease. No recommendations or comments made by an FNTP should be construed as being medical advice or diagnosis.*
